Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    How to Start a Return or Exchange

    • Contact us at support@inaii.com with your order number and the reason for return/exchange.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

      Refunds

      • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
      • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
